New Collection Photoshoot at Kedleston Country House by Roseanna Croft Jewellery

A couple of weeks ago we had the amazing experience of a photoshoot at ‘The Kedleston’ to showcase our new collection. The shoot was brought together by a group of business owners, like myself, to showcase our products and talents.

As Roseanna Croft Jewellery was due to release our new collections this year we thought it only fitting to have some amazing photographs taken for the launch. Being a small business that has been built from just an idea, we wanted to show support to other small businesses by working with them on this opportunity. In order to pull this shoot together we reached out to photographer Priya Walia, owner of Sorrisso, high end wedding photographer; Georgina Louise, a bespoke dress designer supported by the Princes Trust; Kate Beaumont, a dress designer based in Sheffield; Sophie Downing, prestigious, Derby based makeup artist; Steph Brown was our stunning model, a member of Darley Dance. The wonderful Abbi Burns, owner of Darley Dance came to support the team and stand in as hair stylist and we had lovely Sophie Hyland-Thompson, our Santander intern help facilitate.

The shoot took place at the luxurious boutique hotel The Kedleston Country House near Derby. They were so accommodating, I would highly recommend a stay in one of their beautiful rooms. An amazing team who have all played a part in achieving amazing results. The pieces being photographed were our new collection ‘The Feather,’ a collection inspired by freedom and glamour. Our exclusive new LACE stacking rings, resembling our feminine confidence in the sexy lace we adorn. ‘Masquerade,’ a piece to go to auction at the Whirlow Farm Trust, Masquerade Ball this February and our ‘Love Lessons’ the latest piece from our couture collection.

What fun was had! And they say as business owners we have to wear many hats… I did not expect to have to become a model for the day! We had 3 dresses and a lot of jewellery to get through so Steph did most of the work and I got in on the action with our final dress for ‘Love Lessons!’ “Can you try not to get my face in it please!?” Was me speaking to Priya as she photographs earrings! It was so much fun though.

A great day and to see a team of small businesses come together like this for a photoshoot was amazing. What a start to 2018!
