Meghan Markle’s Wedding Ring by Roseanna Croft Jewellery

In light of Prince Harry marrying his Princess this weekend, I wanted to share with you how I would design Megan Markle’s wedding ring!

You may have seen the Vlog we posted on the same subject last week, but if not then heres what we did

So, we know quite a bit about her engagement ring thanks to the obsession we all have with it, let’s face it – it is stunning. And what we’d give for those Diamonds! We know that the Diamonds are really special and sentimental to the couple. The centre stone was mined in Botswana, where the couple spent a romantic week camping while they were dating. The outer Diamonds belonged to Prince Harry’s late mother, I believe they were originally from a brooch of hers.

So, I can’t wait to see her wedding ring, but I wanted to share with the world my spin on it! As every designer and jewellery designer has their own style and flair, I doubt that if you gave 2 different designers the same brief you would end up with the same ring! So, here goes!

As Meghan’s engagement ring is quite modern in the trilogy setting, she doesn’t need a wedding ring that’s too fussy or old-fashioned. I’ve designed something modern and sleek, which is also how I would describe her dress sense. She is a very elegant and classy woman, as you would expect from a future Princess. I have designed Meghan an 18ct Yellow Gold ring with channel set Diamonds that taper, getting smaller from the centre. The ring has been designed to fit around her cushion cut, trilogy engagement ring so there would be no space between the two.

I’d love to know what you think, and I can’t wait to see how her wedding ring actually looks!
